Who can apply
- For the SRF route, a master's degree in any branch of the biological or life sciences with 60 per cent marks or equivalent, or an equivalent degree with two years of post-master's research experience, meeting DST Office Memorandum No. DST/PCPM/Z-06/2022 dated 26 June 2023. For the Senior Project Associate route, a master's degree in the natural or agricultural sciences, an MVSc, or a bachelor's degree in engineering, technology or medicine with at least four years of proven research and development experience, or a doctoral degree, under DST Office Memorandum No. SR/S9/Z-05/2019 dated 10 July 2020; the upper age limit for the SPA position is 40 years. Laboratory experience in plant molecular biology, genome editing, biochemistry and plant tissue culture is preferred. One post.
