Who can apply: Nationals of an ICGEB Member State. A BSc (Honours) degree is required for Trieste and Cape Town; an MSc is required for New Delhi. An English proficiency certificate is needed unless your degree was taught in English. What is funded: One to twelve months. Monthly stipend of EUR 1,500 in Trieste, USD 1,122 in New Delhi and ZAR 16,500 in Cape Town, plus travel to and from the home country, medical health insurance and visa costs. Deadline: 14 August 2026, 23:59 CET (Expression of Interest). Round: September 2026 round. Full application closes 30 September 2026 for cleared applicants only..
