Who can apply
- Open to foreign candidates. You must be enrolled in a stricto sensu postgraduate programme at an institution in Sao Paulo state and have recently completed a master's within the normal duration with an excellent record. A foreign candidate is responsible for obtaining entry and stay documentation from the nearest Brazilian consulate. An advisor holding a doctorate and employed by a Sao Paulo research institution is required and may not be a close relative. The fellowship requires exclusive dedication: no employment and no second stipend.
