RES Student Members only, undergraduate or postgraduate. The project must clearly relate to insect behaviour, physiology or another entomological discipline and must further at least one RES strategic priority. Applications should be submitted at least three months before the event or expedition. Results are notified within two months and are adjudicated by the RES Outreach Committee. Applicants are invited to an optional EDI survey after applying. Membership fees are discounted for students and for anyone based in a low- or middle-income country; society dues are a membership cost, not an application fee.
