Who can apply: Early-career researchers at the post-graduate level. Applications must include a letter of support from the mentor and a specific research plan with direct relevance to Huntington’s disease. The foundation funds applications from laboratories anywhere in the world, and there is no citizenship requirement. Only letters… What is funded: Two-year fellowships of USD 100,000 per year, covering salary, supplies, equipment and benefits. Salary support follows the NIH guidelines. The funder states it supports researchers working in laboratories around the world, and awards start in March or April 2027. Deadline: 1 October 2026, 11:59 pm ET (letter of intent). Round: 2027 applications.

Only letters of intent that the Scientific Advisory Board rates most impactful are invited to submit a full application, and no feedback is given on a letter of intent that is not taken forward.
