Friedreich's Ataxia Research Alliance (FARA)
Who can apply: Postdoctoral trainees working with a mentor at a university, college, hospital, laboratory, government agency or company. The application must include a personal statement of career goals, a mentorship plan developed jointly by the postdoctoral scholar and mentor, and letters of support from the mentor. What is funded: Trainee salary for up to two years. FARA runs two rounds a year for this mechanism. Deadline: See official page.
