Who can apply
- Chilean nationals only. You need a licenciatura from a course of at least eight semesters or a professional title from a course of at least ten semesters, or the equivalent for undergraduate study done abroad, plus academic excellence shown either by a final undergraduate average of at least 5.0 out of 7.0 or by placing in the top 30 per cent of your graduating cohort. You must already be accepted to begin doctoral study at a university or research centre of excellence in Germany at the time you apply to DAAD, and you must hold DAAD's sponsorship to receive the ANID scholarship.
