Who can apply
- The essential requirement is a PhD, MD, MS, MDS or equivalent degree, or three years of research, teaching and design and development experience after an MSc, ME or M.Tech, with at least one research paper in a Science Indexed journal, so the level is recorded as multiple rather than postdoc only. The age limit is 40 years. Desirable qualifications are a PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, Biotechnology or Molecular Biology with NGS analysis experience, hands-on work with Hi-C, ChIP-seq and RNA-seq datasets, R and Python, statistical analysis and pipeline development, knowledge of 3D genome organisation including TADs and chromatin compartments, and familiarity with Linux, shell scripting and HPC. CDFD invites applications from Indian nationals only, so this post is closed to international applicants.
