For the Senior Project Associate route, a master's degree in natural or agricultural sciences or MVSc, or a bachelor's degree in engineering, technology or medicine plus four years of research and development experience, or a doctoral degree, meeting DST office memorandum SR/S9/Z-05/2019 dated 10 July 2020, with an upper age limit of 40 years. Experience in rice or plant molecular biology, genome editing, miRNAs or plant tissue culture is preferred.
Stage dates
The application is a Google form with one consolidated PDF of all certificates and mark sheets from class X onwards. The NIPGR vacancies listing prints 01/10/2026 as the last date; the advertisement itself says to apply within 15 days of its 17-09-2026 date, which would fall a day later, so the earlier listed date is the one to work to.
