Who can apply
- For the Senior Research Fellow post, a Master's degree in any branch of Biological or Life Sciences with 60 per cent marks or equivalent, or an equivalent degree with two years of post-master's research experience, meeting DST Office Memorandum No. DST/PCPM/Z-06/2022 dated 26 June 2023. For the Senior Project Associate post, a Master's degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences, an M.V.Sc., or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology or Medicine with at least four years of proven research and development experience, or a doctoral degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, Pharma, MD or MS, meeting DST Office Memorandum No. SR/S9/Z-05/2019 dated 10 July 2020; the upper age limit for the SPA post is 40 years. Laboratory experience in plant molecular biology, genome editing, biochemistry and plant tissue culture is preferred. The same advertisement also carries one field worker post at Rs 21,215 a month consolidated. No application fee is charged.
