• PAT-I: M.Sc. in Agricultural, Horticulture or Biological Sciences (Genetics, Plant Breeding, Biotechnology), Chemical Sciences (Organic, Medicinal or Industrial Chemistry, Food Technology), M. Pharmacy (Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Analysis) or BE/B.Tech (Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology); NET/GATE raises the stipend but is not required. PA-II: B.Sc. in Agricultural or Horticultural science. Maximum age 35 years as on the interview date, relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/PwD/Women and 3 years for OBC (NCL). Final semester and result-awaited candidates may not appear.
