Who can apply: Nationals of ICGEB Member States in the early stage of their career, spending three to nine months at a research institution in a Member State other than their own. Support for laboratories in Italy, India and South Africa is considered only in exceptional circumstances. What is funded: Three to nine months. Stipend of USD 1,500 per month for PhD-level fellows and USD 2,000 per month for postdoctoral fellows, plus international economy return travel and health insurance. A USD 500 monthly bench fee can be paid directly to the host laboratory. Deadline: 14 August 2026, 23:59 CET (Expression of Interest). Round: September 2026 round.
