Candidates must have qualified a national eligibility test such as GATE with a currently valid score, CSIR-UGC NET categories 1, 2 or 3, or an equivalent national-level examination conducted by a central government department or agency. Age must not exceed 28 years on the date of application, with relaxation for SC, ST, OBC, PH and women candidates as per Government of India rules. No application fee.
