The Neuroscience, Drug Discovery, Biomedical Ethics and Law (Medical Track) and MD-PhD programs do not recruit through the general application platform for this call, so check the host institution route for those. The eligibility rules of the two host institutions, the University of Zurich Faculty of Science and ETH Zurich, also apply.
Stage dates
The school runs two calls a year, 1 May at 23:59 CEST and 1 November at 23:59 CET. Two letters of recommendation are requested and cannot be added once the application is submitted.1 November 2026
