Who can apply
- Open only to self-identifying women who are at least 25 at the deadline and are nationals of a country on the MMEG eligibility list. You must already be enrolled, not merely accepted, at one of the listed South African universities, be enrolled for at least one academic semester after the December award, plan to graduate no later than three years after the award, and hold a South African study permit if you are not South African. Relatives of World Bank Group, IMF or IDB staff and of MMEG board members are excluded, exclusively online programmes are ineligible, and MMEG disqualifies AI-generated applications.
