Who can apply
- Explicitly for international PhD applicants, with no citizenship restriction printed. English proficiency must be evidenced by a test taken after 1 August 2025: IELTS Academic 6.5 overall with no band below 6.0, or TOEFL iBT 87 with 21 written. You must be able to start by 31 July 2027.
