Grants are not awarded retrospectively and outcomes arrive 7 to 8 weeks after the deadline. Deadline: 8 October 2026. Who can apply

For overseas travel to a non-Society event you must have attended SfE BES at least once in the past three years and show added value such as a lab visit. Evidence of abstract acceptance is required before payment. One application per round.
