Who can apply
- Applicants must be a member of the Biochemical Society by the abstract deadline. Unlike the travel and lab visit grants, no minimum membership period is stated for this scheme. You must be a graduate student, or have gained your PhD in the last 5 years, with preference given to senior graduate students, and must submit an abstract to the conference. Counts against the GBP 2,000 over three years cap.
Stage dates
The bursary application sits inside the conference registration process, so the binding date is the early-bird registration deadline of that conference. Submitting an abstract does not count as registering; you must register separately.See the official page
Dates come from the funder's page for this round. When a round closes, the next round's dates replace these once the funder publishes them.
