Who can apply: Citizens of Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, South Sudan and Burundi. Kenyan citizens are not eligible here and should apply for the separate Scholarship for Kenya. What is funded: Stipend of GBP 20,400 per year for 2025-26 (GBP 1,700 per month), plus Oxford course fees, the application fee, visa and International Health Surcharge, two economy flights and a settling-in allowance. One scholarship is offered. Deadline: 27 August 2026. Round: Entry to Oxford in October 2027.
