Who can apply
- General entry requires a second-cycle (master's level) degree, or completed course requirements of at least 240 ECTS credits of which at least 60 are at second-cycle level, or equivalent education from abroad. This post specifically asks for a degree in biomedical laboratory science plus a complementary master's degree, or substantially equivalent knowledge acquired another way, to be held no later than the time of admission. READ THAT REQUIREMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING: it names the Swedish biomedicinsk analytiker professional degree, so a general life-science master's degree alone is unlikely to qualify unless it can be shown to be substantially equivalent. The advert states no citizenship restriction, but a non-EU appointee will need a Swedish residence permit for doctoral studies before starting. Admission and start are by agreement rather than on a fixed date.
