Questions students ask
Is this funding for study in Africa or for African students?
Both appear here: schemes hosted at African institutions and schemes for African applicants studying elsewhere. Each record states the funder's framing and links the official page with the full rules.
How often is this page updated?
New calls are added through the week, and every record carries the date it was last verified on the funding organisation's own website. Records whose deadlines pass are closed automatically, so anything listed here was open at its last check.
Can I get deadline reminders?
Yes. The alerts box on this page sends a reminder before a deadline you choose, plus a short weekly note of new calls in your area. It is free.
